Grand Premiere Package / Lytworx promo: $4490

Video of your wedding shoot will be used as a promotional film for Lytworx. As your agreement with Dats Pty Ltd. the full cost of the package included in this agreement will be paid directly by them. Package includes the following - Teaser Film 45 - 60 seconds Love Story film 8 - 10 mins Full Feature edit including ceremony, speeches, first dance and formalities. Two Filmmakers / 3 camera coverage Professional editing and cinema colour grading 9 hours coverage Couple Preparations Portrait Shoot Ceremony Location Shoot Reception Arrivals Speeches Bridal Dance & Cake Dance Floor Bouquet Throw (If within 9 hour timeframe) Farewells - (If within 9 hour timeframe) Full online delivery with cinematic display menu and scene selections. Delivery Schedule - from wedding date. Teaser Film - within 10 days. Love Story film within 7 to 8 weeks Ceremony and Reception edits within 10 to 12 weeks. I agree to the video services at the price listed above. I understand that the cost of the video services will be paid in full by Dats Pty Ltd.

AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Clients and the Videographer.

Confirmation: A signed “Contract for Wedding Videography Services” are necessary to confirm the stated wedding services from the Videographer. Pre-Wedding Consultation: This normally happens at the time of booking. The Clients will outline broadly what is required and the Videographer will advise on planning, logistics and timings where needed. If required the Clients are welcome to pop in for an additional chat closer to the time of the wedding (about 2 weeks) to iron out the remaining details. In any case we will contact you by phone several days before the wedding to ensure that there have been no last minute changes. Cooperation: The Clients and the Videographer consent to happily cooperating and communicating with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. We recommend that the Videographer be provided with a helper (usually the best man) who will point out key individuals to be filmed. The Videographer may also require the assistance of the best man in organizing family groups. The Clients also agree to give the Videographer sufficient warning of key events at the wedding to give the Videographer time to prepare e.g. Bouquet throwing, cutting the cake, speeches etc. Please note that not all guests at weddings like having to be filmed. In such cases the Videographer will use his discretion but cannot be held responsible for a lack of cooperation. Paparazzi Wedding Guests: All your guests will have digital cameras and all your guests will want to film the Clients. In the spirit of cheerful cooperation the Clients agree to give the Videographers precedence over the guests in order to film the required content for the wedding services described above. Providing Meals during full day coverage The Videographer requests that single course meals are provided to both filmmakers during the reception shoot. House Rules: Note the Videographer is sometimes limited by rules imposed by registrars, ministers and venue management as to what can and cannot be done. For example some ministers insist that no filming is allowed, and others will insist that the videographer shoot from a specific location. In such circumstances the Clients agree to accept the technical limitations that may be imposed on the equipment used. We advise the Clients to make themselves aware of the rules of the venue concerned and if necessary negotiate with the personnel concerned. Model Release: The Clients grant the Videographer and its legal representatives, consent to use portions of the videos of the Clients for promotional purposes. Limit of Liability: In the rare event that the Videographer becomes injured and cannot supply the wedding services specified above the Videographer will try to book a replacement wedding Videographer. Under normal circumstances a second Videographer from the Videographer is there for the day anyway and this Videographer will then shoot the day on his/her own. If both Videographers are unavailable and a replacement Videographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. The Videographers have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your video. However, there is the unlikely possibility that video may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied. Covid-19 postponements. If the wedding date is changed due to covid 19 restrictions, the videographer agrees to work with the clients and their vendors to reschedule to a new date.

We have understood the contents of this contract and agree to the terms therein.
